Project Overview
The project entails the construction of two modular cabins, each designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. These cabins are situated to avoid environmentally significant areas and maintain good separation from mapped waterways and riparian zones. The cabins are equipped with modern amenities, including a kitchenette, dining area, bed, and ensuite, all designed in a hinterland style to take full advantage of the scenic views.

- Proximity to Nature Trails: The site is ideally located near the Noosa Trail Network, with Trail 3 running along the frontage and Trail 2 accessible a short distance away. This makes the cabins a perfect retreat for nature enthusiasts and hikers.
- Environmental Stewardship: The property is part of the Land for Wildlife program in partnership with Noosa District Landcare. Since purchasing the land, the owners have undertaken extensive rehabilitation planting, including the removal of invasive species and the addition of 150 native trees.
- Sustainable Practices: The cabins incorporate rainwater harvesting systems for stormwater management, reducing runoff and promoting water conservation. Effluent is treated on-site with an efficient disposal system, ensuring no harm to the local ecosystem.

Russell assisted us through our applications for a Liquor Licence and a Food Licence. 2 things we could "set and forget" and not worry about, allowing us to concentrate on other important issues to get the business up and running. These were completed with minimal fuss and within our timelines.

I was faced with the urgent task of applying for a food license with a very tight deadline. After assessing the overwhelming amount of paperwork involved, I decided to engage in the services of RG Strategic. I phoned Russell Green at 5.00pm on Thursday afternoon. Russell and his amazing team handled the entire process from filling in the paperwork, organising elevated drawings and providing all of the relevant documentation needed for the application. My understanding from the council was this process would take 28 days from the time the application was submitted, plus the time to prepare the documentation.
