I contacted Russell in distress regarding a grey area regarding the usage of a commercial building I was buying. He acted asap in reviewing Town Planning documents and preparing a submission to Council Officers. Within 2 days he had done all this and met with Council to provide me with a clear path and resolution to my concerns. His communication and support were above and beyond.
