My partner and I own a Fitness Centre on the Northside of Brisbane City. As we are young business owners in the fitness industry, we were unaware of Brisbane City Councils zoning & change of use requirements. In the very early stages of our business, we were notified by the BCC that we needed town planning approval to continue trading in our location, and originally it looked as if our young gym was going to be forced to close. After contacting Russell at RG Strategic, our minds and stresses were immediately put at ease. We trusted that he would find a way to make it work for us, and through his amazing knowledge of Town Planning and development application needs, he was able to secure a permanent town planning approval for our location. We cannot recommend his services enough! Throughout the whole process, RG Strategic has handled our case with the utmost care and communication, so that we were able to continue to focus on building our business, whilst they attended to the needed requirements of the development application and subsequent town planning approval. We have managed to stay stress-free and cannot thank RG Strategic enough!

Valued Assistance With Town Planning. We experienced considerable difficulty with the construction of a new home on realising the builder of the neighbouring house had constructed a fence and retaining wall that resulted in an encroachment onto our property. The encroachment meant our building plan could subsequently not fit within the house site profile. Despite extensive discussions and negotiations with the neighbour's builder, the matter was unable to be resolved by ourselves. Accordingly, we desperately needed assistance and having dealt with Russell Green, from RG Strategic, in a similar instance, with extremely satisfactory results, we had no hesitation in contacting Russell to draw on his extensive Town Planning expertise and his working relationship with our local Council. At all times we found him to be courteous, understanding, diligent and expedient. There is no doubt in our mind that without his wonderful assistance this matter would have been prolonged more than was the case and perhaps not resolved at all.

I was faced with the urgent task of applying for a food license with a very tight deadline. After assessing the overwhelming amount of paperwork involved, I decided to engage in the services of RG Strategic. I phoned Russell Green at 5.00pm on Thursday afternoon. He put my mind at ease on the spot, Russell was on site at 8.00am the next morning to start the process. From that point I did not need to do anything further. Russell and his amazing team handled the entire process from filling in the paperwork, organising elevated drawings and providing all of the relevant documentation needed for the application. My understanding from the council was this process would take 28 days from the time the application was submitted, plus the time to prepare the documentation. This would have taken me at least 2 weeks. From my first phone contact with Russell we had a license approval after 12 days. I could not recommend Russell and his team highly enough. I will be using RG Strategic for many years to come.
