Valued Assistance With Town Planning. We experienced considerable difficulty with the construction of a new home on realising the builder of the neighbouring house had constructed a fence and retaining wall that resulted in an encroachment onto our property. The encroachment meant our building plan could subsequently not fit within the house site profile. Despite extensive discussions and negotiations with the neighbour's builder, the matter was unable to be resolved by ourselves. Accordingly, we desperately needed assistance and having dealt with Russell Green, from RG Strategic, in a similar instance, with extremely satisfactory results, we had no hesitation in contacting Russell to draw on his extensive Town Planning expertise and his working relationship with our local Council. At all times we found him to be courteous, understanding, diligent and expedient. There is no doubt in our mind that without his wonderful assistance this matter would have been prolonged more than was the case and perhaps not resolved at all.

We had RG strategic help with an extra licensed area at Whisky Boy in Noosaville. Russell dealt with liquor licensing from start to finish and we had the area approved by the date that we requested, wouldn't have happened so quickly without their help. The team at RG Strategic are super professional and go the extra mile to help with all the red tape that comes with a project such as this. We will definitely be using them again in the future for any other town planning we would require in the Noosa area. Thanks again, great job!

Russell is an absolute master of all things Noosa. To understand the in's and out's of the system such as he does, takes years of time in the game and Russell has it in spades. Do not hesitate to ask for his help. Thanks a lot Rus!

We engaged with Russell Green and his team at RG Strategic for Tender submission, Town Planning, and Professional services for our new business ‘Butchers Of Noosa’. Russell’s extensive knowledge, advice and direction made these mandatory processes feel less complicated and more confident that we were going to achieve positive results, (which he did). From our very first meeting with Russell, he understood our business plan, we were well informed and felt supported throughout each stage of Submission town planning and beyond. The team were available to answer our many questions and provided detailed explanations in a timely manner every step of the way. We highly recommend RG Strategic, there impressive commitment, knowledge and professionalism show through their work of great outcomes. Thank you Team, Luke and Kayla Marshall Butchers Of Noosa
